FinanceAsia, the leading financial publishing company in Asia has voted the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) as the best foreign bank in Vietnam in 2010.
This was the fifth consecutive year HSBC has received the prestigious award.
HSBC Vietnam General Director Thomas Tobin said the award has affirmed customers’ trust in HSBC Vietnam as well as the leading banking managers’ high appreciation for their products, services and its commitments to providing quality services.
Apart from winning the “Best Bank in Vietnam” award for five times, Asset Triple A voted HSBC Vietnam as the Best Bank in Vietnam in 2006, the Best Trade Finance Bank in Vietnam in 2008 and 2009. Global Finance also selected HSBC Vietnam as the Best Sub-Custodian Bank in Vietnam in 2008 and 2009.
